Low and Slow

This post is a bit off-topic but I think it's pretty cool and I wanted to share with you all. This summer my dad went to eastern Washington to attend a paragliding course. He finished the course in a few days and left there with his P-2 paragliding rating. He has since bought his own 'kite' and has been on a few trips with Steve who is a friend of the family and also flies. I am posting a picture and a link to his blog that he just started. I'm sure he'll add more to the blog as time rolls on.

As far as the Burris Drags go... nothing too monumental has changed. Still planning on the July race this year. I hope more people get involved this year and come together for some fun.

I'm IN!!!

Post By Bill L.

Hey Scott, It turns out I have a blogspot account from awhile back!  Anyway, the NEW RULES seem like a pretty good idea.

They will stop nonsense like this.  This video was posted by the twisted likes of Ainardi, or so I suspect.

Hey by the way- can we add "TOFU" to the food vote... you know.... for Ainardi.

New Rules for 2008!

In order to tighten up the competition a little bit, I've modified the rules for the 2008 race. The racing format has changed as well. Click here to check out the changes. Trust me. you'll love it!
update: There have been 2 new additions to the rules page. We now have the "Garner Law" and the "Porter Policy" Check 'em out

Welcome to the Burris Drags web log... enjoy!

Hello all, I decided to start a blog about the annual Burris Drags event. Hopefully this will be a place where people who have questions about the race or who just want to talk some smack can post something. If you are interested in contributing to this blog, either send me an email or post a comment here and I can add you as an author. I realize the next event is still 10 months away but there's no time like the present to get the trash talking started.
